These girls won’t be laughing anymore when they realize that their sushi chef has been HACKED!!!
(recipe courtesy the excellent Virginian chef, Meredith Adams, of Eurasia)
Pull out your blender and click on for the citrusy goodness that follows!
4 TBS ginger (scrape the skin off)
1 1/3 cup onion
1 cup celery
5 TBS lemon zest
3 heaping tablespoons of sugar
150 ml soy sauce (Kikkoman)
150 ml rice wine vinegar (no seasoning) [Matsakan brand]
300 ml vegetable oil (grape seed is best)
Put all in blender and hit play!
Don’t strain it. . .

It’s me again. I used the wrong vegetable oil, and the wrong amount.
Sorry! I’ll give it another try.
